Entry level-priced homes for sale in Billings Heights

While The Heights has a rep for being a somewhat affluent area, there are many very reasonably priced homes here – priced just right, in fact, for those on tight budgets.

If you’re currently renting, quit it! For what you are paying your landlord you may just be able to swing the payments on this 1941 cutie, priced at $137,640. It’s small, at only 864 square feet, but it sits on almost a quarter of an acre (zoned for two units, by the way), so you can add on and increase the home’s value. View this home’s photos, here.

Looking for something larger? How about a 1,216 square-foot condo with views of the Alkalai Creek area? The flooring and paint are new (two less things to worry about, right?) and the home offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We love the view from the deck and the price, too — $149,000. Check it out, here.

Loaded with curb appeal, this three-bedroom, 2-bathroom home offers 1,343 square feet of living space. It features gorgeous bamboo flooring and a great-big patio and a fun backyard with fruit trees. This home oozes pride of ownership and it’s priced at $219,000. View the photos online here.

With nearly 4,000 square feet of living space and 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, there’s room for everyone. Ok, you need more room? Add on to the home – you have 1.83 acres of free space on which to do so. We like the roomy living room and those amazing windows scattered throughout (especially the kitchen window). We love the huge loft area above the garage, with its high ceilings, the balcony off the master bedroom and the oversized walk-out basement.

But, what caught our eye on our first visit are the drop-dead beautiful hydrangeas that greeted us at the front door. This home absolutely oozes curb appeal, and, believe it or not, it’s listed at only $375,000. This is Realty Billings’ listing so call us to learn more about it or to take a tour. High-end homes for sale in The Heights in Billings

It’s the most expensive home on the market in Billings Heights right now, listed at $899,000. What I love most about real estate in Billings is that if we could pick this home up and plop it down in say Silicon Valley or San Francisco, you’d pay three to four times as much. This home is gorgeous.

Walk in the front door and you’re treated to a grand foyer with a sexy staircase off to the right. But, it’s the kitchen that’s to-die for. Wow. The center island with its own sink, the scads of cabinets and the gorgeous countertops make me want to make dinner. Or, have my private chef make it for me.

The floors? Brazilian cherry hardwood. The home offers 6 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms and a whopping 8,200 square feet of living space (Honey! I need a housekeeper). Warning. . .don’t look at the photos unless this is your price range. . .it will make everything else you look at pale in comparison.
